Art Model - Short-Term Non-Continuing (STNC) Santa Rosa Junior College Art Department is seeking models for their figure-drawing classes. Models should have an awareness of classic and traditional poses in art and must be physically able to provide a range of poses and gestures for quick sketches as well as be able to hold poses for longer drawings. Modeling involves posing for figure-drawing classes. Models pose in the nude, as well as, in draped poses. All ages (must be over 18 years old) and body types are encouraged to apply. Models may be scheduled for sessions according to their availability each semester. Hours and locations (either at the Santa Rosa or Petaluma campus) will be offered according to models’ availability and with as much notice as possible. Classes are 3 hours long and class sizes tend to range from about 10 to 30 students. Pay is $27.53 an hour with a 3-hour minimum per class.
