Job Overview
Reporting to the Director of R&D, the Culinary Innovation Chef will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Innovation, and Brand Marketing to design and test new product concepts that shape the companys innovation pipeline. This individual will lead culinary development from idea generation through recipe refinement, ensuring concepts are both creative and commercially viable. In addition, the role oversees culinary operations at the companys headquarters, crafting and executing engaging menus for employees while also creating content-ready recipes to support brand campaigns.
