MuleSoft, the industry-leading Integration and API management platform, empowers enterprises globally to unlock data and accelerate innovation. We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to join our Identity team at MuleSoft. In this role, you will lead teams to solve complex authentication & identity management issues for our internal partners and external customers.

You will also play a key role in building the next generation of the MuleSoft platform, extending its integration capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging Agentforce, Tableau, and Slack to enhance our industry-leading experience. Collaboration with product managers across MuleSoft and Salesforce to drive interoperability is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, and customer support to prioritize and deliver vital identity investments for the MuleSoft Anypoint platform.
• Own and drive your product area from conception to delivery and adoption.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, and prototypes to guide engineering teams.
• Contribute to the broader MuleSoft and Salesforce platform vision, ensuring alignment across product lines.
• Manage and iterate on the product roadmap based on end-user needs.
• Engage with sales and support teams to understand customer challenges and translate insights into product improvements.

Requirements

• Highly technical with experience engaging with Architects & ICs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple teams.
• Detail-oriented and pragmatic, ensuring consistency and meeting deadlines.
• Proactive with leadership qualities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
• 5+ years in the tech industry, with 4+ years in Product Management.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Desired Skills

• Experience with platforms, especially in Identity/Tenancy.
• Knowledge of security, identity, and multi-tenant platforms, including OAuth, OIDC, SAML, encryption, MTLS, cloud microservices.
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint or similar API management platforms.
• Understanding of API management best practices and enterprise SaaS environments.
