Join Our Team as a Reformer Pilates Instructor! We have two locations in Williamsburg and Greenpoint in Brooklyn
Are you passionate about Pilates and love helping others achieve their fitness goals? At Selformer Pilates passionate about movement, love creative energy, and want to be part of a team that doesn’t play by the rules, unless it’s for proper form.
Our studios are community-driven, design-forward, and unapologetically bold, offering a space where clients and staff feel strong, seen, and supported. We’re also home to Bad Girl Grips, our in-house grip sock line, and offer a growing line of edgy studio merch and lifestyle products.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Lead dynamic and personalized Reformer Pilates classes tailored to a variety of skill levels.
- Provide hands-on guidance to ensure proper form and technique during sessions.
- Foster a welcoming and encouraging environment for clients to feel comfortable and motivated.
- Stay updated on Pilates techniques and trends to keep classes fresh and exciting.
- Collaborate with the Selformer team to maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio space.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients of all backgrounds.
- Certification in Pilates instruction (preferred).
- A positive attitude and a commitment to creating a supportive class environment.
