CF Metals is a leader in steel and construction solutions. We are expanding with a dedicated Rebar Fabrication Division and seeking an experienced Detailer / Project Manager. This role combines shop-floor leadership, blueprint detailing, and project management to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of rebar fabrication projects from planning to completion.
• Read, create, and interpret rebar shop drawings and blueprints for fabrication and installation.
• Act as the liaison between the detailer, project manager, and rebar shop/welders, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and manpower for timely completion.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to confirm scope and resolve issues.
• Lead shop-floor operations and support the growth of the rebar fabrication division.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in rebar detailing and project management.
• Proven experience in managing new construction projects involving rebar fabrication.
• Ability to read and generate rebar shop drawings and blueprints.
• Strong technical knowledge of rebar fabrication, detailing, and placement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience launching or managing a new division/product line a plus.
