The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, office administration, or sales support. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are a must have. Responsibilities: Compile and analyze daily reports for lead submissions and sale commission tracking purposes. Maintain records and track data for the Sales team. Manage and oversee the ticketing system and process all tickets in a timely manner; submit routine follow-ups as necessary. Act as point of contact for Sales Managers and Sales Reps for area assignments and updates, trouble ticket submissions, etc. Provide routine updates on projects to team members and managers. Order and re-stock office supplies when inventory is low. Greet visitors and provide general support to customers. Confirm account information by calling all confirmed assigned area preorders. Assist with special projects as requested. Provide support to executive staff as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience as an administrative assistant, customer service, or sales support role. Previous experience working in Telecommunications or other utilities preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel).
