Role – Kinaxis Implementation - Solution Architect

Location:

Experience: 10+ Years

We are seeking a Solution Architect with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning.

Responsibilities

· Design and implement Kinaxis-based solutions to optimize supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Kinaxis solutions.

· Provide technical expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization and Demand Planning.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Kinaxis solutions to ensure clarity and continuity.

· Conduct regular assessments of existing Kinaxis implementations to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

· Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower team members with Kinaxis knowledge and skills.

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality and user satisfaction.

· Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and align Kinaxis solutions with organizational goals.

· Ensure seamless integration of Kinaxis solutions with existing systems and processes.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of Kinaxis applications.

· Collaborate with IT teams to ensure robust security and compliance measures are in place for Kinaxis solutions.

· Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.

· Stay updated with the latest Kinaxis developments and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

· Possess a strong background in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization and Demand Planning.

· Demonstrate proficiency in Kinaxis Fundamentals and its application in real-world scenarios.

· Experience in Manufacturing Capacity Planning Production Scheduling & Planning and Supply Chain is advantageous.

· Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.

· Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.

· A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

· Certifications Highly valued -

o Kinaxis Solution Architect certification

o Solution Consultant Level 2 certification

o Kinaxis Certified RapidResponse Author Level 1

o Kinaxis Certified RapidResponse Administrator Level 1

Salary and Other Compensation:

· The annual salary for this position is between $112,000/Year to $135,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

· This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
