Inbound Marketer (Appointment Specialist / Customer Service) – $17–$18/hour Your Home Improvement Company is a rapidly growing, full-service home remodeler based in St. Cloud, Minnesota. We specialize in windows, bathrooms, and home improvement services and have earned an A+ BBB rating with over 50 years of combined experience.  Position Overview We’re looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Marketer to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, verify customer details, and provide outstanding customer service. This position is also known as Appointment Specialist, Call Center Representative, or Customer Service Representative, so if you’ve worked in any of these roles, you’ll feel right at home.

• Answer and manage inbound calls in a professional manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments in our CRM system
• Verify and input customer information into our database
• Provide accurate details about products and services
• Meet or exceed performance goals (appointments set, call quality, etc.)
• Maintain a positive, customer-first approach with every interaction

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Customer service, call center, or inside sales experience preferred (not required)
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends. Hours are 11 am to 8 pm or 12 Noon to 9 pm.

Compensation & Benefits

• $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
