Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll assist customers through phone, email, and chat. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience every time. This is a remote role with flexible scheduling.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, step-by-step support.
Escalate more complex problems when needed.
Record customer interactions in our system.
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (written amp; verbal).
Problem-solver with attention to detail.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Comfortable using computers, email, and chat tools.
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
Pay amp; Benefits
$20–$28/hour depending on experience.
