📢 Now Hiring: Communications & Project Manager – Responsible Business Practices

📍 Location: Hybrid (1–2 days onsite per week) | Contract: 12 months (possible extension)

We’re seeking a skilled communicator and project manager to join our Responsible Business Practices (RBP) team. In this role, you’ll help shape how we tell our story around human rights, ethical innovation, and responsible supply chain practices .

What You’ll Do

• Manage corporate reporting projects, including the Human Rights Transparency Report .
• Gather, organize, and maintain data from supply chain and stakeholder teams.
• Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for reports, newsletters, SharePoint, and process guides .
• Maintain and enhance the team’s SharePoint presence.
• Design visuals, charts, and dashboards in Power BI and other tools.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, timely, and impactful reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years in communications, technical writing, or non-IT project management.
• Proven experience in content creation for corporate communications, reports, or web platforms.
• Skilled in data organization (Excel, Power BI) with an eye for accuracy and clarity.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, Planner); familiarity with AI tools a plus.
• Adaptability in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
• Bonus: Knowledge of human rights, sustainability, or supply chain ethics.
