Take the helm as Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for an established, 375-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered mental health care. • Executive Leadership: Set and execute the strategic direction for all psychiatric and medical services, collaborating directly with executive and senior leaders to advance organizational goals and patient outcomes.
• Clinical Administration: Oversee and inspire a senior team of medical leaders, ensuring every clinical and administrative component contributes to a supportive, high-quality care environment.
• Strategic Partnership: Drive program development, continuous performance improvement, and innovation in care delivery while aligning with hospital vision and regulatory standards.
• Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and elevate multidisciplinary teams—cultivating a culture of excellence, engagement, and psychological safety.
• Compliance Champion: Ensure alignment with all hospital, state, and federal regulations, upholding standards set by TJC, CMS, the Department of Health, and professional boards.
• Operational Presence: Balance executive and clinical visibility; circulate patient units for case conferences, care supervision, and real-time leadership.

• M.D. or D.O. with active Washington State license in medicine and surgery.
• Board Certification in General Psychiatry (American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology).
• Demonstrated experience in senior medical executive leadership within complex behavioral health settings.
• Passion for data-driven service transformation and cross-functional collaboration.

• Salary: $349,860 annually—with additional premium pay for select on-site commitments
