We are currently seeking one amazing barista! Local candidates already residing in Maui with prior food service experience only please! Please read full description prior to applying.

The ideal Honolulu company barista is someone who is passionate about coffee, and creating incredible guest experiences that embody the true spirit of aloha. Prior food or coffee service is helpful but not required if you have the right attitude and values and are willing and eager to learn!

Essential Functions and qualifications

• Greet all customers with a friendly smile. Provide friendly, efficient and personal service to each customer.
• Accurately process transactions in the POS system. Basic math and computer skills
• Educate customers on all of our products, actively sell our coffee and retail products.
• Multitask! This is a fast paced Cafe that depends on communication and teamwork to operate efficiently.
• Complete our extensive Barista training program and follow through with the training by continually and consistently preparing and serving the highest quality drinks per our standards.
• Support your team in keeping the cafe running smoothly and beautifully - these tasks may vary but can include washing dishes, clearing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, cleaning, organizing, stocking and taking out trash.

• Be Reliable and consistent - your manager and teammates can always depend on you to be punctual, looking sharp in accordance with our dress code, and bringing your A game
• Communicate with team members, Team Leads and your GM to solve problems and improve service. Support a positive work environment.
• A flexible schedule and are available to work weekends. Shifts start at 5am and end at 9pm.
• Other duties as assigned.
